Every time this website is accessed certain information is automatically recorded by the web service provider. This information, also known as the server log files, is of a general nature and does not permit us to draw any inferences about you as an individual. The web service provider is Domain Factory.
Among other information the following data is collected: the name of the website, file, date, data volume, web browser and web browser version, the operating system, the domain name of your Internet service provider, the URL (Uniform Resource Locator – the web address from which you accessed our website) and the anonymized IP address.
Use of Piwik/Matomo
This website uses the open-source software Piwik/Matomo, which collects and stores data. This information is used for marketing and optimization purposes. Piwik/Matomo uses the data to create user profiles in which the user ID is replaced with a pseudonym. To this end it stores cookies (text files) on your computer which can be used to analyze how you use the website. Your IP address is anonymized immediately after it is processed and before it is stored. This data is then stored on the servers of the provider in Germany.
If you do not want Piwik/Motomo to store cookies, you may block them in your browser settings (please refer to your browser’s help function for more information). More information as well as Matomo’s data privacy rules are available at https://matomo.org/privacy.
Users can access the web pages without cookies being used. To this end the appropriate changes must be made in the browser settings. Please use your browser’s help function for more information on how to deactivate cookies. Please note, however, that deactivating cookies may interfere with some of the website’s functions and restrict user comfort. The sites http://www.aboutads.info/choices/ (US) and http://www.youronlinechoices.com/uk/your-ad-choices/ (Europe) allow you to manage online advertisement cookies.
If you subscribe to our newsletter we use the data you provide solely for this purpose or to provide you with information relevant to this service or your registration. We do not share this data with third parties.
To receive the newsletter, a valid email address is required. In the course of this process the subscription to the newsletter, the dispatch of the confirmation email and the receipt of the confirmation of registration are logged.
You may revoke at all times your consent for us to store this data and your email address and to use the latter for sending the newsletter. In every newsletter and on our website you will find a link via which you can revoke your consent. You can also use the contact details provided in this document to notify us of your wish to revoke your consent.
Your rights to information, correction, blocking, deletion and objection

Exceptions: the data legally required to be retained for business transaction purposes or data necessary to comply with statutory retention requirements. If you wish to exercise this right, please contact us.
To enable us to implement a data lock at all times, data must be stored in a locked file for control purposes. If there are no legal archiving obligations, you may also request that the data be deleted. Otherwise we will block your data if you so desire.
